What we collect.

When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment information is processed by our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent) and we do not store credit card numbers on our servers. When you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address. When you visit our site, we collect basic analytics data including pages visited, referring source, and approximate location.

How we use it.

We use the data to fulfill your order, provide customer support, send order confirmations and shipping updates, send marketing emails (only if you opt in), improve the site and product, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with.

We share data with service providers who help us operate the business: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email service provider, and our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with advertisers in a way that would constitute a sale under California law.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of the personal data we have about you, request correction or deletion, opt out of marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe in every email), and opt out of analytics tracking. Email support@trustncredibility.com with the request.

Cookies.

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and remembering your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser. Some site features may not work without them.

Children.

CapTool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
