Returns and refunds.

The 30-day window.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Product must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund. Products that have been used can be returned for store credit at our discretion if the issue is product defect or fit incompatibility.
Who pays for return shipping.
Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay return shipping (with a prepaid label) when the issue is product defect, manufacturing fault, or shipping damage.
Refunds.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund issues to the original payment method.
Damage in transit.
Contact support@trustncredibility.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We ship a replacement at our expense, no return required for damaged goods.
Sale and clearance items.
Sale and clearance items are final sale, no returns, clearly labeled at point of sale.
Marketplace orders.
Orders placed on Amazon are governed by Amazon’s return policy. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop’s policy. The policy on this page applies to direct orders from this website only.
Wholesale orders.
Wholesale and B2B orders are governed by separate terms in the wholesale agreement, not by this consumer policy. Contact wholesale@trustncredibility.com for wholesale return terms.
