Apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap works for fruit flies and gnats. Use any common 28mm beverage bottle.
Snap on the Trap cap
The cap holds a shaped silicone cone. Insects follow the smell down through the opening and can’t find their way out.
Set it where the problem is
Counter, fruit bowl, sink ledge, RV galley, restaurant prep area. The bottle does the work overnight.

Fruit flies show up around ripe fruit, drains, and recycling. Gnats come in with grocery store herbs and houseplant soil. The Trap cap takes a bottle you already have and turns it into a refillable trap that runs while you sleep.
Refillable. No sticky strips. No aerosol. No pesticide spray near food. When the bottle is full, dump it, rinse the cap, refill the bait.

Kitchens, fruit bowls, drains, recycling bins, compost areas. Apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap is the standard bait.
Gnats
Houseplants, herb pots, greenhouses, indoor garden setups. Same vinegar bait works.
Ants (with ant-specific bait)
Pantry trails, garages, porches. Use a sugar-and-borax bait per the bait maker’s instructions.
Mosquitoes are not in scope for this product. Mosquito traps require a different mechanism and we do not make that claim.
Compatibility
Fits many common 28mm beverage bottles.
Most 16.9 oz waters, 1 liter waters, and 2 liter soda bottles. A clear bottle makes the demo more obvious, but any 28mm bottle works.
