CapTool is sold as described on the product pages. Use the product as instructed in the included safety guidance and the safety section of each product page. Misuse can damage the product or cause injury. Read the included guidance.

Purchases.

Prices, availability, and product details are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain pricing errors, fraud signals, or violations of these terms. Orders are governed by our shipping and returns policies.

Intellectual property.

All content on this site, including the CapTool brand, logo, copy, photography, video, and design system, is owned by BottleTop Utility Co. or licensed to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User content.

If you post a review, comment, or other content on our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand and the product.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Jersey, except where binding arbitration applies under the agreement that ships with each product.
