Shipping.

Where we ship.

CapTool ships within the United States at launch, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US military addresses. International shipping is on the roadmap.

Standard delivery.

Standard shipping is 3 to 7 business days through USPS or comparable carrier. Tracking is included on every order. You receive a shipment notification with the tracking number when the order ships.

Expedited shipping.

2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders placed before 2 PM Eastern ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day.

Free shipping.

Free standard US shipping on orders over $25.

Marketplace orders.

Orders placed on Amazon ship through Amazon’s fulfillment network with Prime delivery available to eligible customers. Orders placed on TikTok Shop ship per TikTok Shop’s fulfillment terms.

Lost or delayed packages.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is genuinely lost, email support@trustncredibility.com with the order number and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
